This camera requires an active x control installed one time to view. A yellow bar should popup click on it to install the control if you don't see the bar then

Open Internet Explorer. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options. Click On the Security tab, Then click Custom Level.
go to ActiveX controls and plug-ins section of the list,under Automatic prompting for ActiveX controls, click Enable.
